Q.
Where are you located?
A.
We are located inside of the WTI building, and we do not have any signs, so follow WTI signs to find us. That will be located in the middle of the parking lot, west of Woodlawn, on Central, behind the Event Venue.
Q.
How long will my certification be good for?
A.
All American Heart Association classes expire on the last day of the month, 2 years after certification.
Q.
When will I receive my certification card?
A.
The card will be emailed to the email address you provided on the sign-in roster, same day, after successfully completing the class.
Q.
Do you offer group classes at our location?
A.
We will come to you for the same price, with a class-minimum of 5 people local and 10 people outside of the Wichita area.
Q.
How old do you have to be to become certified?
A.
American Heart Association allows the cards to be issued to anyone 11 years old and up.
Q.
How and when do I pay for my class?
A.
You will pay when you arrive for your class. We accept cash, money order or a debit/credit card with a processing fee. At this time we do not accept personal checks.
Q.
What if I can’t make the class I am signed up for?
A.
No problem! Just contact us as soon as you find out and we can get you rescheduled for another class in the future.

How do I know which class I need?
A.
You can either go through our course description pages to find out which certification you require or you can always call us and we can help guide you to the correct class.
Q.
What should I wear to class?
A.
Dress comfortable! We want you to feel relaxed and casual when you arrive to class. Some skills will require you to move around.
Q.
When should I arrive for my scheduled class?
A.
Ideally 10 minutes prior to the start time. This will give you ample time to sign in, make payment and find a seat. If you’re going to arrive greater than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule for a later class.

How long does the class last?
A.
Each class is different. Check the course descriptions for the estimated class length.
Q.
I didn’t receive my email with the certification, what do I do?
A.
Sometimes email servers will block the email from the AHA, so check your spam folder. If its still not there, call us directly at 316-927-2050.
